Hi Friends!
I hope everyone is safe and doing well. It has been almost a year since we wrapped up fulfillment (there are still a few of you who haven't completed your survey yet *nudgenudge*), and what a year it has been! Game Envy even has a real office now and my family has control of the basement again AND we finally received our full patent for the Hobby Holder !!!

Every day, in between packing orders, writing emails, keeping up with my painting, etc., I spend time creating new products and brainstorming about how to make hobby life easier and more fun. From that time all of the amazing Game Envy tools and accessories have come to life. We have a few projects on the horizon to keep an eye out for including new miniatures and expanded organization solutions!

Hello Friends!
As of my trip to the post office today fulfillment is complete!
Shwew! Everyone's pledges should show they are on the move by Tuesday at the latest. We also have Pre-orders on their way as well! If you have not received your tracking information you can sign into BackerKit and find it there.
Thank you all so much for the support! I feel so blessed to be able to share my ideas with the hobby community around the world. When the Hobby Holder, All-in-one Miniature Holder and Grip launched in 2017 I had no idea the impact it would have on the painting community. I am dedicated to continuing to innovate and bring new tools and accessories to make our hobby easier and more fun. We have a lot of new stuff in the pipeline and I will be adding the new Ergonomic Grip and XL Stability Bar to our webstore Gameenvy.net very soon.

FAQ - Please Read First if You Have Questions!
I wanted to repost some of the FAQ that can be found in the last update since we are still getting these questions.
How do I get my pledge fixed if it was damaged in the mail, missing something or I received a wrong piece/color?
Please Private Message me on Kickstarter or Email [email protected] and let me know the details of the item missing/damaged/incorrect. If you have already messaged me I will have the rest of the Tracking Numbers sent Monday for replacements.
My Ergonomic Grip is a bit tight for my liking. Can this be adjusted?
Absolutely! Click in the Threaded Base and rotate it quickly in the Ergonomic Grip for 15-20 seconds, then unclick the Threaded Base and click it back in. At this point it should be broken in and spin smoothly and easily. If you still want it to be looser you can back out the top two screws 1/4 turn at a time until it is to your liking.
What are the Nuts and Bolt for that were included in my pledge package?
The two nuts can be inserted into slots inside the Ergonomic Grip and be used for future add-ons and accessories - the first of which is a large platform for the Ergonomic Grip that will be included in the Accessory/Add-on STL Files. You can also use the smaller nut and bolt to lock in your Threaded Base if you do not want any rotation at all.
When and how are the Accessory/Add-on STL files going to be released?
The Accessory/Add-on STL Files that were unlocked via stretch goals will be released shortly after fulfillment is completed. They will be sent out as a download link in an email from BackerKit. I will also post an update when these go out. If have not received them at that point you can log into your BackerKit account and download them from there.

Shipping Progress, FAQ and Click Tips

Hi Friends!
We have been hard at work packing orders the last few weeks, and even while I was at AdeptiCon, pledges were being filled! At the end of fulfillment we will have put more than 25,000 items into envelopes :O
Below is an update on the Shipping Progress (on track) as well as Frequently Asked Questions I have been answering in the comments and a few Gifs on the best way to Click/Unclick your Hobby Holder parts.

Shipping Progress
Shipping has been going very well, and we are still on track. We have about a week left of packing to get all the orders out the door. Tomorrow the last of the shipping labels will be printed except for a handful of surveys that were just filled out, and those will be printed later in the week. I am happy everyone is anxious to get their hands on their new Hobby Holders and start painting!
As soon as the last pledge goes to the Post Office I will post an update letting you know fulfillment is complete and everyone's Tracking Numbers should have a projected delivery date listed. The post office doesn't consider a package missing until 7 business days (or longer if it is stuck in customs). At this point if you suspect your pledge is missing send me a PM or email.

FAQ - Please Read if You Have Questions!
How do I get my pledge fixed if it was damaged in the mail, missing something or I received a wrong piece/color?
Please Private Message me on Kickstarter or Email [email protected] and include your name and what part in what color is missing/damaged/incorrect and we will get your reward fixed ASAP! This way your message goes directly to my inbox and can be flagged.
My tracking says "pre-shipment" what does this mean?
It means we have purchased and printed your shipping label but your order has not been packed yet. We have over 8000 labels and packing lists to print so these are done in large batches, so the date your label was purchased does not reflect your shipment date. Until the last day of packing your tracking number could stay in pre-shipment.
My Ergonomic Grip is a bit tight for my liking. Can this be adjusted?
Absolutely! If you would like to loosen the rotation of the Threaded Base in the Ergonomic Grip simply loosen the top two screws on your Ergonomic Grip 1/4 turn at a time until it feels good for your personal needs. You can also completely remove them and put them back in looser if needed.
Since these are brand new ABS parts they will also break in with use just like the original Hobby Holder, and the click and rotation action will loosen over time.

Click Tips
Below are the best ways to click/unclick the Stability Bars and Ergonomic Grip. Once you have done it a few times and are over the fear you are going to break them (you won't) it will become second nature. Note: the shown parts are brand new and the Grip is fully tightened.
Clicking and Unclicking the Stability Bar to/from the Threaded Base
Push and pull the Threaded Base straight off the Stability Bar. You can use your thumb to push the nubs on the Stability Bar as well for an even easier time.
Clicking and Unclicking the Threaded Base to/from the Ergonomic Grip
Tilt the Threaded Base into the Ergonomic Grip at an angle towards either opening and push in towards the other opening. To remove, tilt/pull the Threaded Base away at an angle from the openings in the Ergonomic Grip.
Once you have the technique down it becomes very simple to put together and take apart.

Hobby Holder Shipping Begins!

Shipping has officially begun!!!!
I am so excited to say that! It has been an incredibly full few months since we launched the campaign in December... like crazy busy :P It takes a lot of organization and help to get a 3000+ backers campaign out the door in three months. I am so grateful for my wonderful family and friends who have helped prepare and will be trapped in my basement helping pack pledges XD Be sure to give them a shout out!

Shipping Notes
Shipping will be done on a rolling basis meaning as we pack pledges they will be sent out.
You will receive an email from BackerKit with your tracking number when I print your label. I am printing large groups of labels, so it might not be marked as shipped for a few days.
The total rolling shipping process could take 3-4 weeks.
As soon as the last package is in the mail I will send out an update. After this date, if your package appears to be lost in the mail when checking your tracking, let me know and I can take a look!
