Ergonomic Grip Injection Mold Completed
I received a nice surprise email from the injection mold company letting me know they have already finished the milling and initial press of the new Ergonomic Grip! The sample parts should still be here around the 20th as they need to go through finishing and shipping. Can't wait to unbox them!
The XL Stability Bar is currently in the milling process and on schedule!

Hello Friends!
We have just a week left in the first part of our crazy adventure; thank you all so much for believing in Game Envy and the Hobby Holder! I am so happy to be able to contribute something to the hobby community. I can say that when Hobby Holders start arriving on doorsteps in less than two months, between current and new Hobby Holder users, our community of painters will be over 6000 strong (with 5 star ratings across the board). That is awesome!

Production Updates
Here is what's happening behind the scenes already so that you can be sure your Hobby Holders will begin arriving in less than two months!
Injection Molds
We placed the mold order for the Ergonomic Grip and the XL Stability Bar this week, and as of 4 a.m. they had begun the milling process. This means we will have final production samples in hand to show off between Jan 22-25. If you will be at Las Vegas Open be sure to stop by our booth and check them out in person!
Bottle Caps
We have 37,500 bottle caps (that's 200 lbs) arriving next week so we can get started.The amount work that goes into bagging tens of thousands of bottle caps for the "Hit the Ground Running" Pack and 10x Caps Add-on is immense so good to start early :D
Nuts and Bolts
I spoke with the distributor today as we approached the 85K mark and we have more than 3000 of each on a truck to town!

85K Stretch Goal - UNLOCKED - Nuts and Bolt
With the 85k Stretch Goal unlocked every Ergonomic Grip Mod will include and have preinstalled the #6-32 Nut and Bolt and the 1/4" optional nut. These allow you to bolt down your Threaded Base if desired or secure accessories like the platform. I will continue to create innovative accessories that can utilize these features as well.

I added our Wash Wizard (to help you stop spilling your Citadel Washes), the Large Paint Puck and the 5 Pack of Mini Paint Pucks to the available add-ons. Just add the cost for the add-ons you would like to your pledge and you will be able to select them in BackerKit.
Q: What is a Paint Puck?
A: A Paint Puck is a soft silicone brush cleaner that suction cups into the bottom of your rinse cup to help clean your brushes via mild friction. This helps clean your brushes better and protect them so they last longer.
